Instructional Designer Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the pedagogical design of courses and digital content.

• Support the adaptation of scripts and materials for various media formats, including video, audio, text, workbooks, and interactive resources.

• Collaborate in the creation of additional materials, such as mind maps, guides, quizzes, and hands-on activities.

• Investigate and utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, DALL·E, MidJourney, HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, among others) for scripting, activity design, and the development of support materials.

• Partner with mid-level and senior instructional designers, instructors, and the production team.

• Ensure that content adheres to Qualifica’s standards for pedagogy, communication, and innovation quality.

• Offer ideas and recommendations for the ongoing enhancement of courses, processes, and the strategic implementation of AI in education.
