Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Partner Services, and Support to determine the technical skill requirements necessary for successful deployments.

• Create structured learning pathways for solution architects, integration engineers, technical consultants, and administrators.

• Design and maintain educational content covering subjects such as architecture, integrations, APIs, data models, environments, configuration, and security.

• Develop practical labs, implementation playbooks, and troubleshooting guides that reflect real-world deployment scenarios.

• Work alongside the LMS Platform Lead to categorize and secure technical content for appropriate audiences (internal, partner, or customer IT).

• Ensure that the technical curriculum is consistently updated in accordance with release notes, new integrations, and infrastructure updates.

• Assist in the technical certification processes for partners and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in technical enablement, developer education, or solutions/Partner Service enablement.

• Strong technical understanding of SaaS architectures, integrations, APIs, and data pipelines, preferably within enterprise environments.

• Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to audiences with varying skill levels.
