This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Creates, develops, and enhances a range of training materials, such as presentations, instructor guides, workbooks, and online resources, for both in-person and virtual learning settings.
• Works collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), sales teams, and various stakeholders to guarantee content accuracy, strategic alignment, and relevance for the intended audience.
• Assesses the effectiveness of training materials through feedback and performance analysis, making ongoing updates and enhancements as necessary.
• Oversees multiple content development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with quality standards, and alignment with the overall training strategy.
• Crafts detailed lesson plans, agendas, and session outlines to organize content for effective presentation and measurable learning outcomes.
• Performs needs assessments to identify learning gaps and ascertain suitable instructional solutions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Graphic Design, or a related discipline is required.
• Relevant certification(s) in instructional design or adult learning are preferred.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in instructional design, content development, and/or corporate training is required.
• Proficient in utilizing common office equipment and software, including but not limited to: computers, printers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.
• Skilled in PowerPoint, with advanced capabilities in creating interactive and visually engaging presentations.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and techniques for developing content that fosters learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) for creating visual materials.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning tools.
