Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create exceptional learning experiences with a focus on the learners' perspective.

• Utilize instructional design and user experience design to enhance learning engagement and improve knowledge retention among learners.

• Oversee the design, development, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of virtual blended learning experiences that are centered around human needs, goal-oriented, and data-driven.

• Develop, test, and implement learning solutions that foster outstanding learning experiences across various clients, sectors, and regions.

• Maintain a learner-centric approach in all activities, employing human-centered design and design thinking within an agile, multidisciplinary setting.

• Collaborate with the Global Learning Delivery Project Management team in curriculum design and redesign efforts.

• Utilize learning data to track performance, anticipate learner success, and achieve desired outcomes.

• Perform research on various learning tools and platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in developing e-learning content using Articulate Storyline or comparable authoring tools.

• Solid understanding and practical application of adult learning theories, user design, and learning design principles.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and/or Learning Experience Systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced features in PowerPoint and basic functionalities in Excel.

• Basic project management abilities and experience with task management or productivity tools.

• Background in learning data analysis to effectively assess the behavioral and business impacts of training programs.

• Strong English communication skills.
