This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create, design, and enhance learning solutions within the ID Team Capability Suite.
• Utilize instructional design and adult learning theories to produce diverse content types.
• Generate and develop multimedia materials, encompassing graphics, videos, animations, and interactive components.
• Establish and execute assessment strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with subject matter experts and clients to ensure the content is accurate and pertinent.
• Oversee multiple instructional design projects concurrently.
• A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Instructional Designer role or a similar position.
• Expertise in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360 suite).
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A creative and innovative approach with the capacity to think outside the box.
• Project management capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Preferred skills in multimedia, video editing, and graphic design (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
• Certification in instructional design (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is advantageous.
• Experience with roleplay or tool simulations utilizing AI is a plus.
