Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop learning paths based on roles that assist customers in transitioning to and adopting the platform.

• Create scalable materials, such as courses, job aids, and detailed guides.

• Convert technical features into practical use cases for customers.

• Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to maintain accuracy and relevance.

• Produce content that facilitates both self-directed and instructor-led learning experiences.

• Measure effectiveness through metrics such as adoption rates, engagement levels, and time taken to achieve proficiency.

• Proven experience in designing learning initiatives for B2B or enterprise audiences.

• Strong skills in curriculum development and content creation.

• Ability to distill complex systems into straightforward, actionable guidance.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product and customer teams.

• Knowledge of digital learning tools and formats.
