This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.
• The Instructional Designer will develop creative learning solutions and support materials tailored to address specific business requirements utilizing a range of methodologies.
• Create innovative design solutions for asynchronous, synchronous, and blended learning formats, Instructor Led Training, job aids, facilitator guides/resources, and more.
• Design assessments to confirm learners’ understanding and their ability to apply newly acquired skills and behaviors.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of enhanced skills and behaviors against targeted business outcomes and modify learning experiences as needed.
• Manage multiple projects of varying scopes concurrently using project management tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with business unit Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the precision of all learning content.
• Work alongside colleagues throughout the Enterprise to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing business performance through learning programs, tools, and resources.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred formal training in Instructional Design, job aid creation, adult learning principles, delivery systems, and evaluation methodologies.
• 4-7 years of experience in designing and developing engaging, effective learning programs.
• 2-4 years of experience as an engaging facilitator.
• Proven background in working within or supporting a dynamic, high-volume service or sales organization, where adaptability is essential.
• Extensive experience in project managing the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs and initiatives.
• Required experience with e-learning and distance learning tools.
• Moderate proficiency in Articulate Storyline is preferred.
