• Collaborating with stakeholders from Portugal and Switzerland to create digital learning experiences.

• Developing content that aligns with strategic business goals.

• Assisting frontline teams in enhancing skills such as communication, leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.

• Overseeing the complete content lifecycle, from design to optimization.

• Crafting engaging digital experiences informed by behavioral concepts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related discipline — a formal degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing soft-skills learning content.

• In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and learner-centered design.

• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards.

• Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities.

• Proven capability to collaborate effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), project managers, trainers, and communications specialists.

• Solid project management expertise.

• Experience utilizing learner feedback, performance data, and evaluation metrics.

• Advanced user of PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
