Instructional Design Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Design and produce a range of educational materials, including but not limited to modules, videos, job aids, and assessments for various learning platforms.

• Oversee and refresh learning content across multiple platforms to ensure uniformity and precision.

• Gather and organize project data related to the development of learning assets, encompassing timelines, requirements, and stakeholder input.

• Use Asana to coordinate tasks, workflows, and project timelines for the creation of learning assets.

• Work collaboratively with subject matter experts and different departments to collect content and guarantee that learning assets align with business goals.

• Keep thorough documentation of the development process for learning assets and provide consistent updates to stakeholders.

• Create and present reports to leadership regarding the progress of learning asset development and platform management.

• Leverage Google G Suite, Asana, and Slack for effective project management and communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience of 4 or more years may be accepted).

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or learning content development is required.

• Outstanding attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy.

• Excellent communication abilities: Proficient English writing and reading skills are crucial.

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple ongoing projects and deadlines.

• Technical expertise in Google G Suite.

• Demonstrated ability to create and manage spreadsheets, presentations, and documents.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
