This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.
• Develops and executes well-structured individual and group learning experiences for educators and school administrators.
• Demonstrates effective and differentiated teaching strategies for educators.
• Designs and provides continuous professional development for educators and school administrators.
• Aids educators in aligning their teaching practices with effective instructional methods, standards, and student data.
• Observes educators and school leaders, offering constructive feedback and coaching.
• Enhances teacher effectiveness by elevating the quality of teaching and learning through ongoing support.
• Provides staff with the necessary resources and skills to implement effective instructional strategies.
• Assists educators and school leaders in making instructional decisions informed by student data.
• Aids in the implementation of assessment and grading methodologies.
• Supports educators and administrators in analyzing student performance data.
• Facilitates the establishment of high-quality professional learning communities.
• Conducts research on innovative practices.
• Tennessee Teaching Certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education is necessary.
• A minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Must be able to pass the required background check.
• Experience in designing and delivering high-quality professional development for administrators and educators.
• Prior coaching or leadership experience is preferred.
• Proven knowledge of curriculum frameworks and standards.
• Familiarity with research-based instructional practices for effective learning.
• Strong skills in presentation, facilitation, and organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with web conferencing tools.
• Interpersonal skills to foster collaborative and collegial relationships with educators and school leaders.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• This position is remote, with a strong preference for candidates residing in Tennessee.
• Offers will generally be in the lower half of the salary range.
