This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee onboarding, data validation, and adoption initiatives, acting as the main point of contact for participating colleges and universities.
β’ Collaborate closely with institutional partners to identify and resolve data discrepancies that may arise within transfer equivalency and program requirements.
β’ Monitor the progress of onboarding and engagement through milestones, timelines, requirements, and deliverables across various partner institutions.
β’ Organize and facilitate training sessions, providing documentation and support resources to student users, school administrators, and staff.
β’ Actively oversee and enhance partner engagement, promoting the use of best practices that contribute to increased value and adoption through training, education, and direct outreach.
β’ Collect customer feedback and relay partner needs and priorities to product and development teams.
β’ Occasional travel, less than 10% of the time, may be required, primarily focused on visits to our Michigan and New York offices, conferences, and site visits at partner institutions.
β’ 3-7 years of relevant experience within a higher education institution, working with student information systems, degree audit systems, transfer articulation, or student records operations.
β’ Proven experience managing customer or partner relationships across intricate projects or organizations.
β’ Exceptional organizational and project coordination abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Capability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities concurrently.
β’ Technical expertise to "look under the hood" of data feeds, including a comprehension of institutional data and relational database structures.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
β’ An entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to excel in a dynamic and creative team environment.
β’ 2-3 years of experience in customer success or partner management (preferred).
β’ Familiarity with credit transfer processes (preferred).
β’ Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and analytics platforms (preferred).
β’ Experience in leading training sessions, onboarding initiatives, or customer education programs (preferred).
β’ Experience working at a Banner and/or DegreeWorks institution (preferred).
