This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Cultivating and nurturing trust-based relationships with a portfolio of key clients, including global institutional and VIP clients.
• Enhancing relationships with current customers through continuous communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
• Establishing essential customer service processes and systems, developing management guidelines, and monitoring the status of key clientele.
• Conducting user behavior analysis, identifying unrecognized needs, preparing key customer analysis reports, and collaborating with various departments to deliver optimal customer service solutions.
• A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in sales and client services, preferably within an international financial context such as banking or investments.
• A client portfolio that includes institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
• Exceptional communication skills, adaptability in diverse situations, strong relationship management, and sales capabilities, with the ability to perform under pressure.
• A genuine passion for cryptocurrency; prior industry experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and a native language is highly preferred.
