This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify and pursue institutional sales opportunities within the EU market. Create a robust pipeline by sourcing and converting potential opportunities through consulting, educating, planning, and providing advisory services to institutional clients.

• Develop client profiles by identifying previous success stories and transforming them into viable, repeatable initiatives to replicate success, along with determining where marketing efforts should be directed.

• Define and assess new revenue streams and opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.

• Close sales opportunities with a particular emphasis on high-revenue, high-impact deals.

• Ensure that prospects or new clients maintain a good standing and do not pose any risks to the OKX business, including financial reputation, regulatory compliance, or other factors.

• Communicate client feedback and service/product offering gaps to senior management and product-related teams, along with recommended proposals.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experienced sales professional with a proven track record in developing and managing partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions.

• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

• Extensive knowledge of the products we offer to institutional clients, particularly with a focus on Spot.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong emphasis on achieving results and driving business growth.

• Highly motivated and self-driven, with a passion for business development.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing and maintaining relationships at all levels.

• Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
