• Organize and incorporate new awards into internal systems, ensuring that program staff are aligned on deliverables and expectations.

• Research, compose, and produce tailored stewardship communications — including trip updates, program highlights, impact stories with photos and quotes — for the CDO and Director of Development to share with their donor portfolios.

• Spearhead the research, writing, and production of the annual impact report in collaboration with the CDO and the Marketing & Communications team.

• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to develop and maintain a content gathering system — collecting photos, quotes, testimonials, and program updates from field staff to ensure communications are consistently rich, specific, and timely.

• Work collaboratively across Development, Program, Operations, and Marketing teams to proactively gather impact data, stories, budgets, and financial information that support both grant narratives and donor communications.

• Assist with fundraising campaign data requirements, including list pulls and post-campaign analysis in coordination with Marketing & Communications.
