This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of the pipeline. Identify targets, initiate introductions, conduct meetings, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate terms and secure new clients.
• Manage the P&L. Assist in establishing pricing, fee structures, and partnership terms for early network members while overseeing revenue forecasts as we expand.
• Develop the business development function. Transform successful strategies into a playbook for future hires. Recruit and lead the BD team during our growth phase, eventually transitioning into the GM role with complete P&L responsibility.
• A background of five to ten years in sales within institutional markets, with experience in business development or sales at a crypto trading firm or a traditional finance institution.
• Proven track record of closing substantial enterprise deals and meeting revenue quotas or pipeline targets.
• An established network of buyers at institutional trading firms.
• Understanding of crypto market structures across centralized exchanges, OTC, and on-chain settlements.
• Located in New York. Although the role is officially remote, interaction with clients occurs in person, so frequent presence in the city is required.
• 20 days (4 weeks) of paid vacation each year, in addition to 3 Spiritual Days.
