This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversees all post-installation customer support and opportunity growth.
• Achieves and surpasses order, revenue, and profitability goals through the renewal of service contracts, conversions of warranties, and the sale of products, software, and services to current customer accounts.
• Develops and maintains a thorough understanding and expertise of the Service and Installed Base (IB) product portfolio, including relevant upgrades, and acts as the primary contact for upgrade sales assistance.
• Manages the entire regional product lifecycle for the IB.
• Conducts regular meetings with key customers.
• Cultivates and sustains relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting long-term partnerships.
• Drives both strategic and tactical initiatives as well as upgrade opportunities.
• Designs, implements, and analyzes regular Customer Satisfaction Surveys, executing action plans based on the results.
• Monitors and comprehends the updates and upgrades roadmap planned for each fiscal year.
• Establishes management of IB sales opportunities through Salesforce (SFDC).
• Bachelor's degree in Science, preferably in Radiation Therapy or a related medical field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or service within the scientific or medical device sector.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Proficiency in additional APAC-relevant languages is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and effectively schedule, organize, and conduct sales visits in designated territories.
• Strong capabilities in cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize workload efficiently.
