This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Traveling to client locations to install and configure robotic systems.
• Conducting system tests and troubleshooting to verify proper functionality.
• Offering training and technical support to clients regarding the operation and maintenance of robotic systems.
• Working in collaboration with engineering and support teams to address any technical challenges encountered during installations.
• Recording installation procedures and generating installation reports.
• Aiding in the creation of standard operating procedures for installation and maintenance tasks.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
• Overseeing project timelines and ensuring the timely completion of installations.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the installation and maintenance of complex technical systems.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
