Installation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage customer interactions with installation partners, providing on-site supervision for intricate deployments.

• Actively mitigate project risks to ensure seamless and high-quality installations.

• Work in collaboration with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to guarantee that every project enhances adoption and delivers long-term value.

• Track the progress of customer installation milestones and promptly address any issues, challenges, or complexities that arise during the project.

• Act as the primary contact for escalations and troubleshooting during the installation phases.

• Monitor customer satisfaction (CSAT) related to installations and tackle the root causes of any dissatisfaction.

• Support partners in creating project-specific installation manuals and provide on-site training.

• Coordinate with installation vendors to ensure timely completion of work that meets quality standards.

• Offer on-site supervision for large or complex deployments, including conducting site readiness assessments and troubleshooting as needed.

• Identify potential risks early and suggest mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule.

• Document lessons learned to refine processes and promote continuous improvement with partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is mandatory; an advanced degree is preferred.

• A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must be insurable.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing vehicle and/or hardware technology.

• Prior experience in vehicle installation or up-fitting is preferred (e.g., installing emergency lighting, two-way mobile radios, GPS equipment, antennas, or other electrical systems).

• Familiarity with vehicle diagnostic systems, including Controller Area Networks (CAN bus) and Power Take Off (PTO) applications for both on-road and off-road vehicles, as well as yellow iron equipment.

• Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical systems is essential.

• Experience in coordinating field operations, implementation, and technical deployments.

• Strong attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
