This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

• Oversee the progress of customer installation milestones in partnership with the Samsara Implementation Consultant.

• Act as the primary contact for escalations and troubleshooting during the installation phases.

• Track customer satisfaction (CSAT) related to installations and address the root causes of any issues.

• Assist partners in creating project-specific installation manuals utilizing Samsara best practices.

• Provide on-site supervision for large or intricate deployments, including checks for site readiness.

• Execute first-of-its-kind installations on complex customer projects.

• Identify potential risks early, suggest mitigation strategies, and ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Document lessons learned from each project to enhance future processes.

• A high school diploma is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and insurability is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing vehicle and/or hardware technology.

• Previous experience in vehicle installation or as an up-fitter is preferred.

• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems, including Controller Area Networks (CAN bus) and Power Take Off (PTO) applications.

• Basic comprehension of electronics and electrical systems.

• Experience coordinating field operations, implementation, and technical deployment.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to travel for customer engagements up to 50-70%, including weekends and overnight stays.
