Installation Project Manager I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee a variety of installation projects concurrently, ensuring compliance with timelines, product specifications, and quality standards.

• Develop and implement detailed project and scheduling plans that encompass hardware, software, and clinical training deliverables.

• Act as the primary liaison for hospitals, managing communications and addressing project-related challenges.

• Facilitate regular status meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely advancement.

• Work closely with Clinical and Field Service leadership to verify installation readiness and coordinate go-live timelines.

• Prepare and present project status reports for management review, emphasizing milestones, risks, and necessary actions.

• Identify and address conflicts or bottlenecks within installation teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and teamwork.

• Suggest innovative solutions to installation difficulties, balancing technical requirements with client expectations.

• Establish strong partnerships with external vendors, ensuring that third-party contributions are in line with project goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Project Management certification is preferred.

• At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably within healthcare or technology installation settings.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience interacting directly with external customers.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts, and foster team alignment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Technical expertise in understanding medical equipment installation, software, and integration requirements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software is required.
