• Oversee several installation projects concurrently, ensuring compliance with timelines, product specifications, and quality standards.
• Create and implement detailed project and scheduling plans that encompass hardware, software, and clinical training deliverables.
• Act as the primary contact for hospitals, facilitating communication and addressing project-related challenges.
• Hold regular status meetings with clients and internal teams to maintain alignment and ensure timely progress.
• Work closely with Clinical and Field Service leadership to verify installation readiness and coordinate go-live timelines.
• Generate and present project status reports for management, emphasizing milestones, risks, and necessary actions.
• Identify and address conflicts or bottlenecks within installation teams to ensure effective resource allocation and teamwork.
• Suggest innovative solutions to installation obstacles, balancing technical needs with customer expectations.
• Foster strong relationships with external vendors, ensuring that third-party contributions support project goals.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; Project Management certification is preferred.
• At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or technology installation settings.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with external clients.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts, and promote team alignment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Technical proficiency in understanding medical equipment installation, software, and integration needs.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and project management software.
