This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the full coordination of installation projects, ensuring that all equipment, materials, and travel arrangements are prepared and aligned with project schedules.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to confirm the project scope, expectations, and readiness before installation.
• Track installation progress and proactively identify risks to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact during installations and for post-installation support.
• Provide on-site training and follow-up to guarantee effective system utilization and minimal disruption to operations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers through prompt communication, professionalism, and timely issue resolution.
• Identify and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking challenges.
• Offer both remote and on-site technical support to reduce customer downtime.
• Execute system upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Keep accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and project updates using platforms such as HubSpot.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation to enhance team efficiency and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Seek opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and overall service delivery.
• Uphold customer confidentiality and comply with all relevant standards of compliance and ethical business conduct.
• Complete all mandatory training within designated timeframes.
• Maintain regular attendance and availability, including participation in on-call support as required.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• An associate degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in troubleshooting, hardware repair, or technical field service.
• Experience in managing or coordinating installation or service projects is preferred.
• Military experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Strong project coordination and prioritization skills in a multi-project setting.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across computer systems, peripherals, and networking environments.
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems.
• Effective communication abilities, including the capability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
• Proven ownership and accountability for customer outcomes.
• A proactive problem-solving mindset with the capacity to anticipate and resolve issues.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
