Install Technician, TTR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Travel to new customer sites (golf ranges) for the installation of the Toptracer golf ball tracking system, which includes training site staff. (65% of time)

• Visit existing customers and Topgolf locations for support, typically to repair current equipment or to re-measure the field. (15% of time)

• Attend a Toptracer Live event to handle setup, calibration, total station measurements, support, and dismantling after the event concludes. (5% of time)

• Participate in a Toptracer Tour Range event to perform the setup, calibration, total station measurements, provide support, and breakdown at the event's end. (5% of time)

• Contribute feedback to the product roadmap based on field experience. (5% of time)

• Maintain your site documentation and complete expense reports. (5% of time)

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma

• Equivalent years of experience are acceptable: Yes

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Preferred)

• 1+ Years of experience in Construction, Building, or Handyman work

• 1+ Year of knowledge in Golf (Preferred)

• 1+ Year of Carpentry skills (Preferred)

• 1+ Year of Networking and Cabling knowledge (Preferred)

• 1+ Year of Electrical knowledge (Preferred)

• 1+ Year of Computer Programming knowledge (Preferred)

• Proficiency in Windows Computer Skills

• Capability to use a computer for JIRA, Confluence, Concur, and Slack messaging

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

• Friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to interact with customers and teammates.
