• Overseeing client research initiatives from start to finish.

• Taking charge of strategic insight projects for senior pharmaceutical clients, encompassing everything from crafting the appropriate methodology to interpreting findings into actionable decisions, directions, or briefs for clients.

• Turning insights into practical actions.

• Collaborating at the synthesis stage to help clients determine their next steps and instilling confidence in their actions.

• Employing an effective blend of methodologies.

• Engaging in peer-network research and secondary analysis to produce innovative research that delivers genuine value to clients.

• Transforming prospects into business opportunities.

• You have positioned yourself as a senior figure within insights and strategy.

• You possess several years of experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare insights.

• You comprehend the industry's dynamics, including the buyers and the characteristics of effective strategic insights in this context.

• You offer genuine expertise, preferably with a strong lifecycle emphasis within Commercial.

• You approach problems strategically rather than merely methodologically.

• You are an effective communicator, particularly with senior stakeholders.

• You have managed key client relationships and held final accountability for deliverables.

• You are comfortable navigating ambiguity.

• Previous experience in a strategic consultancy setting is a valuable asset.

• A network of senior pharmaceutical contacts that you can leverage is a beneficial addition.
