This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement strategies for account analytics, annual learning agendas, incrementality testing roadmaps, and strategic analysis plans.
• Act as the primary analytics representative for designated accounts.
• Cultivate client relationships and offer consultative insights and recommendations.
• Convert Media Mix Model results into strategic business decisions.
• Establish attribution methods for comprehensive media and evaluate channel tactics and growth opportunities.
• Recognize client health indicators, growth prospects, and paths for escalation or recommendations.
• Articulate advanced statistical concepts to non-technical executives.
• Utilize BI tools, dashboards, Bliss Point applications, and analytical environments to derive insights.
• Oversee forecasting, A/B testing, incrementality testing, regression analytics, segmentation, and campaign assessments.
• Deliver intricate analytical projects from initial scoping and hypothesis generation to execution, synthesis, and presentation.
• Integrate cross-channel data and methodologies to inform optimization, investment, and growth decisions.
• Develop budget optimization tests leveraging Media Mix Model expertise.
• Ensure quality control throughout analyses, reporting, and visualization.
• Employ SQL to extract, validate, and interpret structured marketing data.
• Collaborate with Media, Client Strategy, Analytics, and client teams.
• Enhance workflows, analytical rigor, tooling, and insight delivery.
• Identify cross-selling signals, emerging business needs, and strategic growth opportunities.
• 7–10 years of experience in analytics-oriented positions.
• Proven record in developing analytics strategies, building client relationships, creating consultative insights, familiarity with Media Mix Models, and employing quantitative methods.
• Experience in formulating annual learning agendas, testing roadmaps, and strategic analytical methodologies aligned with client and business objectives.
• Capability to lead an account-level analytics practice and independently address high-value inquiries.
• Proficient in transforming broad or ambiguous questions into precise, finite analytical approaches.
• Advanced proficiency in BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Metric, or comparable tools.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools, validating outcomes, and managing sensitive data.
• Familiarity with cloud data environments such as Snowflake, Redshift, or similar platforms.
• Strong working knowledge in SQL.
• Extensive experience in statistical analysis and predictive methodologies.
• Significant experience with R and/or Python for testing, forecasting, modeling, and advanced analytics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence in preparing presentations and delivering them to senior client leadership.
• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and allocate time across clients, relationships, and initiatives.
