This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Your efforts enable retail partners to make quicker and more informed decisions.

• You identify root causes rather than merely highlighting issues.

• Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and sell-in discussions are impactful due to your contributions.

• Cross-functional teams gain the tools they need to address "why" and "what's next."

• You serve as the primary expert on your category and partner ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a quantitative business strategy position, such as consulting, banking, analytics, or a related field.

• Expertise in SQL (creating complex, efficient queries), Excel, and data visualization tools.

• Strong analytical skills: the capability to navigate ambiguous problems methodically and extract the "so what."

• Excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of managing relationships with senior stakeholders, both inside and outside the organization.

• A proactive mindset — you take the initiative to identify problems, frame them, and pursue solutions without waiting for direction.
