• Develop and oversee the analytics strategy for an account by gaining an understanding of the client's business, media strategy, and formulating annual learning agendas, testing plans, and analysis roadmaps.
• Proactively recommend the most suitable measurement techniques to assess media effectiveness, evaluate tactical performance, and inform channel expansion decisions.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the client's business objectives and marketing strategy to identify high-value questions that need addressing.
• Provide insights that are clear, concise, and actionable, aiding clients and internal teams in making informed business and marketing choices.
• Listen attentively for indicators of client health, satisfaction, or dissatisfaction, and proactively resolve issues through enhanced communication and insightful delivery.
• Employ business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting environments—including relevant Bliss Point applications—to support the generation of insights, development of recommendations, and storytelling for clients.
• Keep a robust working fluency in analytics and reporting environments to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and strategic output.
• Discover opportunities to enhance reporting, dashboarding, workflow clarity, and the scalability of insight delivery at the account level.
• Stay updated on new product capabilities, analytics technologies, and industry trends, proposing enhancements that improve measurement quality and business impact.
• Assist in translating technical outputs, data structures, and measurement realities into language that is relevant to clients, fostering better understanding and adoption.
• Maintain a solid working knowledge of quantitative methods and statistics, proactively suggesting tests, analyses, and reporting strategies on a continual basis.
• Lead the creation of analytical capabilities and solutions, including segmentation, campaign evaluations, custom reporting, dashboard logic, and cross-channel performance analysis.
• Integrate data across channels, platforms, and reporting environments to generate cohesive insights and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct appropriate quality-control procedures for analysis, reporting, and data visualization to ensure outputs are precise and useful for decision-making.
• Balance business requirements with an appropriate level of analytical complexity to ensure outputs are both rigorous and practical.
• Utilize SQL and related analytical tools for extracting, validating, and interpreting data to support client decision-making.
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics roles, demonstrating a history of client engagement, understanding business needs, and applying analytics to facilitate marketing decisions.
• Proven experience in developing or leading learning agendas, testing roadmaps, reporting strategies, and measurement recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Strong proficiency in business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with structured data environments like Snowflake, Redshift, or other cloud data tools.
• Advanced working knowledge of SQL for querying, validating, and analyzing structured marketing data.
• Solid understanding of statistics, testing, and analytical methods; practical experience with R and/or Python is preferred, particularly for testing, exploratory analysis, or advanced analytical tasks.
• Exceptional capability to transform complex data into clear, concise, and decision-oriented narratives and presentations.
• Able to connect measurement and performance insights back to business outcomes and client priorities effectively.
• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides; adept at managing time efficiently across clients, stakeholders, and internal initiatives.
