This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts while fostering robust client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, comprehending their business goals, offering strategic advice, addressing challenges, and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
• Work in conjunction with the Rapid Intelligence and Media Intelligence teams to deliver precise and insightful outputs that meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to uphold high editorial and service standards.
• Recognize client risks and opportunities for growth to aid in retention, renewals, and upselling initiatives.
• Manage ongoing communication with clients through email, phone, and occasional face-to-face meetings.
• Connect clients with internal teams to resolve issues related to service delivery, editorial quality, and contracts.
• Assist with renewals by managing account information, tracking service scope, and preparing proposals, statements of work, and contract documentation.
• Support client projects through research, writing, editing, and conducting quality checks.
• Address ad-hoc client requests and delivery challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Background in PR, communications, journalism, English, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to produce clear, accurate, and engaging content.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work.
• Outstanding presentation and stakeholder management abilities, enabling effective communication with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience in relationship-building, influencing stakeholders, and resolving client issues in a customer-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify challenges and create practical solutions.
• A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and recognize when to seek assistance.
