Insights Consultant, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts while fostering robust client relationships.

• Serve as the primary point of contact, comprehend business goals, offer strategic advice, address challenges, and uncover partnership opportunities.

• Work in conjunction with the Rapid Intelligence and Media Intelligence teams to deliver precise, insightful outputs that meet client expectations.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and uphold high standards of editorial quality and service.

• Recognize client risks and growth prospects to aid in retention, renewals, and upselling initiatives.

• Manage client interactions through email, phone, and occasional face-to-face meetings.

• Connect clients with internal teams to resolve issues related to service delivery, editorial quality, and contractual matters.

• Assist with renewals by managing account information, tracking service scope, and preparing proposals, SOWs, and contract documentation.

• Support client projects through research, writing, editing, and conducting quality checks.

• Address ad-hoc client requests and delivery challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Desirable experience in PR, communications, journalism, English, marketing, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear, accurate, and engaging content.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Proficient presentation and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to communicate effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.

• Experience in relationship building, stakeholder influence, and resolving client challenges in a customer-focused environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the talent to identify issues and create practical solutions.

• A proactive, self-driven approach, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and recognize when to seek assistance.

• Candidates must be located in the country of employment.

• Proficiency in French.
