This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert intricate data signals into root-cause insights and actionable recommendations for operations or products.
• Establish success metrics, KPIs, and monitoring frameworks, while creating predictive analytics tools for Disputes and Fraud Operations.
• Develop advanced metrics and KPI frameworks that assist in identifying emerging trends, performance changes, and anomalies within Fraud Ops and Dispute Ops.
• Perform comprehensive analyses of workflows and lifecycles, including the examination of interaction patterns, segment behaviors, and changes in performance before and after interventions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Fraud Strategy, and Operations to assess and enhance AI-driven workflows, including automated decision-making, classification models, and tools for agent support.
• Design and assess A/B tests, policy modifications, rule implementations, workflow changes, and operational strategies.
• Produce succinct, executive-level summaries that translate investigations into clear narratives with quantified impacts and suggested next steps.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Risk, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a mutual understanding of challenges and alignment on solutions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, preferably in Trust & Safety, Fraud, Risk, or Support Operations.
• Proficient in SQL, including complex joins, window functions, and CTEs.
• Skilled in Python or R for experimentation, modeling, and data analysis.
• Strong grasp of statistics, causal inference, experimental design, and anomaly detection.
• Experience analyzing automation systems, risk models, or machine learning-driven workflows is advantageous.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Mode.
