Insider Threat Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide a team of insider threat analysts by assigning tasks, assessing their work, and fostering their professional growth.

• Implement and manage tools and platforms for detecting insider threats, such as UEBA and DLP.

• Perform comprehensive investigations into potential insider threat incidents, which include digital forensics, data analysis, and conducting interviews.

• Pinpoint weaknesses in current security policies and procedures that pertain to insider threats.

• Regularly update senior management on the insider threat landscape and significant insights from investigations.

• Deep understanding of cyber security principles, encompassing network protocols, system administration, and data analysis.

• Proficiency in digital forensics methods and tools for investigating suspicious activities.

• Familiarity with user and entity behavior analytics (UEBA) platforms.

• Demonstrated capability to lead and manage a team of security analysts effectively.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Awareness of legal and compliance obligations associated with insider threats.
