This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.
• Assist in the global operation and administration of Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management along with related processes.
• Enhance Insider Risk Management policies, which include indicators, thresholds, escalation paths, and operational procedures.
• Monitor, triage, and document alerts and cases related to Insider Risk Management.
• Aid in investigations, including the collection of evidence and analysis of technical logs and pertinent data sources.
• Uphold confidentiality safeguards and ensure the auditability of Insider Risk activities and case information.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, IT Security, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Generate regular metrics, reports, and status updates.
• Assist in testing, validation, change management, and user readiness initiatives.
• Keep technical and operational documentation up to date.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements aimed at enhancing process effectiveness, reducing risk, and ensuring operational quality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management, Microsoft 365 compliance solutions, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Insider Risk Management concepts, risk indicators, policy configurations, alert triage, case management, escalation workflows, and documentation that is audit-ready.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 workloads and signals, such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and endpoint activities.
• Knowledge of privacy-by-design principles, proportionality, responsible investigations, and confidentiality controls.
• Experience with security and compliance processes that involve sensitive or confidential information.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to coordinate with global teams and manage multiple stakeholders in high-pressure situations.
• Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive employee-related issues and confidential case information.
• Proactive and self-motivated work approach.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with eDiscovery processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of Digital Forensics and technical investigations is advantageous.
• Experience working in international and multicultural settings is preferred.
• Awareness of Microsoft security, compliance, and data protection solutions beyond Insider Risk Management is beneficial.
• Background in change management, testing, and validation efforts is desirable.
• Experience in highly regulated or enterprise environments is a plus.
