Inside Service Technician – Hot Side

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage with end users and field technicians to deliver technical support via phone and/or email, assisting in repairs for both warranty and non-warranty hot side foodservice equipment.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively sharing equipment information and troubleshooting solutions in a friendly and professional manner.

• Offer technical assistance to end users and field technicians over the phone and/or via email, managing over 30 cases daily.

• Utilize equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts lists to identify and resolve equipment problems.

• Document all customer call information in a company database to enhance support for future inquiries.

• Collaborate closely with manufacturers to suggest engineering modifications and record equipment/component failure rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC (or relevant training/schooling).

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• Reliable, high-speed internet connection at home.

• Comfortable using a computer and navigating programs like MS Word and Outlook.

• Enthusiastic about troubleshooting and discovering innovative solutions to challenging problems.

• Capable of multitasking and excelling in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Available to work an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (CST) / 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (EST), with flexibility as required.
