Inside Sales Treatment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads generated by the company, with no cold calling involved.

• Facilitate virtual consultations through phone or video and develop customized treatment plans.

• Inform clients about the range of services offered by LaserAway, including laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more.

• Present financing options and effectively close deals.

• Work collaboratively with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth client transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in consultative or commission-based sales, such as in insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, or luxury retail.

• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and consistently achieve weekly and monthly quotas.

• Self-driven individual who manages their own pipeline and appreciates the flexibility of remote work.

• Strong interest in aesthetics, wellness, or beauty.

• Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
