This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Interacting with faculty members via virtual meetings, phone calls, and email communications.
• Engaging with a minimum of 15 faculty members each day utilizing consultative sales approaches.
• Exhibiting outstanding organizational abilities and follow-up skills.
• Ensuring precise and timely tracking and forecasting through OneCRM (Salesforce.com).
• Working closely with enterprise account-level sales teams to advocate for Inclusive Access and additional services.
• Crafting strategic plans at both the territory and adoption levels.
• Presenting effective technology sales demonstrations to faculty and facilitating technology training sessions for students.
• Collaborating effectively with customer success teams, subject matter experts, and operations to guarantee high faculty satisfaction.
• Executing company initiatives within your sales territory.
• Keeping abreast of Pearson's products, platforms, and capabilities.
• Staying informed about trends and developments in the educational industry and market.
• Encouraging collaboration by sharing effective strategies and tactics with colleagues at the district, regional, and national levels.
• Showing a dedication to lifelong learning while actively promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• A Bachelor's degree or a relevant combination of education and successful work experience.
• At least 2 years of outstanding sales performance in the higher education sector or a related field.
• Proficiency in Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems.
• Inside Sales Experience is preferred.
