This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Act as the main point of contact for channel partners through phone and email communication.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to comprehend partner requirements, suggest appropriate Shure products, and assist them in late-stage opportunity expansion with support from senior team members.
• Ensure accurate pipeline data is maintained in CRM systems, providing visibility into partner activities, opportunity statuses, and projected revenue.
• Connect with partners through outbound outreach, campaigns, and follow-ups to enhance awareness and adoption of Shure solutions.
• Identify and qualify opportunities generated by channels, supporting opportunity development across assigned partner accounts.
• Help process dealer/distributor purchase orders with precision and efficiency; communicate updates regarding inventory, pricing inquiries, order modifications, and expedite requests as necessary; relay status updates and expectations to partners.
• Address routine post-sale questions and concerns.
• Foster a positive customer experience by coordinating with Sales, Service/Support, Credit, Product Management, and Operations to ensure timely follow-ups and communication.
• A Bachelor's degree in business or a related professional field.
• 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or customer-facing support positions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with relationship-building abilities, prioritizing a customer-first approach.
• A consultative mindset—curious, empathetic, and focused on resolving issues rather than merely selling products.
• Comfort with outbound outreach, lead qualification, and managing multiple discussions concurrently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and a disciplined approach to managing pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer experience teams.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a dedication to helping partners achieve success.
• Experience with order management software (SAP is highly preferred).
• Proficiency in using CRM and quoting tools (Salesforce and CPQ preferred).
