This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify and evaluate potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and various digital channels.
• Analyze leads to determine their compatibility with the company's products or services.
• Perform product demonstrations, emphasizing key features and benefits tailored to each prospect.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets by successfully closing deals.
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies, share insights, and enhance sales processes.
• Remain informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to shape sales strategies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in inside sales or business development roles.
• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and influence decision-making.
• Strong abilities in customer service, problem-solving, and relationship management.
• Capacity to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
