Inside Sales Representative – HVAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound sales communications, including calls, emails, and inquiries from potential and current customers.

• Cultivate and nurture robust customer relationships through professional and respectful communication.

• Showcase product offerings to clients, emphasizing key advantages and value propositions.

• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, quotes, and proposals.

• Regularly achieve or surpass individual sales goals and performance KPIs.

• Keep detailed and organized records in the CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions are logged.

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as order fulfillment, technical support, and management, to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Follow up on leads and opportunities promptly to enhance conversion rates.

• Evaluate customer feedback and market trends to pinpoint areas for improvement and growth.

• Generate sales reports and offer insights on customer activities and the status of the sales pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Engineering degree (preferred).

• Background in sales, customer service, or a position involving direct customer interaction.

• Excellent verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capability to prioritize various tasks.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales and performance objectives.

• Effective negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing customer issues.

• Familiarity with sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.

• Attention to detail and precision in data entry and administrative tasks.

• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development.
