This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
β’ Conduct outbound sales calls to engage with customers and potential clients.
β’ Showcase products and services from the publishing and specialist information industry.
β’ Actively identify customer requirements and engage in professional sales discussions.
β’ Follow up on leads and potential sales opportunities.
β’ Record customer interactions and results in the CRM system.
β’ Utilize modern systems, tools, and knowledge bases effectively.
β’ Proficient German language skills (C2 level) in both spoken and written form.
β’ Some experience in telephone sales, outbound sales, or customer service; experience in a contact center environment is advantageous.
β’ Strong communication abilities and a passion for active selling.
β’ Self-motivated, disciplined, and dependable with a capability for independent work (freelancer model).
β’ Confident in using standard CRM and telephony tools, or possess a strong technical inclination.
β’ A stable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
β’ Fully remote position as a freelancer β work from wherever you are most effective.
β’ Project commencement on June 1, 2026.
