Inside Sales Representative - Dental Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential clients, negotiate pricing, and strive to finalize sales;

• Offer support after sales and conduct regular follow-ups with current clients;

• Execute every phase of the sales process through phone, WhatsApp, and email;

• Conduct outbound calls;

• Manage incoming calls;

• Gather necessary documentation and information for customer registration;

• Distribute promotions via email, WhatsApp, and phone;

• Provide assistance and support to customers regarding post-sale services.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent;

• Preferred: Currently enrolled in a degree program in a relevant field;

• Experience in sales, commercial positions, or customer service;

• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Additional qualifications:

• Familiarity with dental materials;

• Experience in orofacial harmonization.
