This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Educate, strategize, and effectively communicate Yelp advertising programs through a high volume of outbound calls to business owners.
• Take ownership of a client pipeline that includes various businesses such as dentists, florists, and restaurant owners, all meticulously organized in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Become well-versed in Yelp’s advertising solutions and promptly provide tailored product recommendations to meet client needs.
• Consistently meet and surpass monthly targets - a strong work ethic and determination are essential!
• GED/High School Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree with a proven interest in sales, business, or a people-oriented industry (e.g., relevant coursework, internships, clubs, or extracurricular activities).
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily without hesitation.
• Proficient in general computer skills and email communication - we utilize Google Suite and provide a MacBook laptop.
• A distraction-free work environment is essential.
• Open to receiving feedback and willing to implement changes for improvement.
• Possess strong and engaging interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage tasks independently without oversight.
• Must have current work authorization in the United States.
