This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +12 more states.
β’ Drive revenue and enhance technician productivity by transforming field-identified opportunities into completed tasks.
β’ Begin by assessing service recommendations submitted by technicians and prioritize follow-ups accordingly.
β’ Engage with customers through phone and email to advance opportunities.
β’ Guide customers through findings and assist them in selecting the appropriate solution.
β’ Oversee a substantial volume of active opportunities across various branches.
β’ Create and manage quotes, document activities, and monitor service orders.
β’ Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure alignment on project scope, pricing, scheduling, and execution.
β’ Proven experience in inside sales, account management, customer service, or a high-volume B2B setting.
β’ Excellent communication skills via phone and email.
β’ A customer-centric approach with the capability to build trust and steer conversations professionally.
β’ Proficiency in working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, including tools within the Salesforce ecosystem such as Service Cloud.
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
β’ Ability to quickly learn processes and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Strong personal accountability and meticulous attention to detail.
