This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Identify and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Oversee and advance a pipeline of opportunities through the sales process.
• Perform virtual product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both prospects and current clients.
• Meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Precisely document all sales activities and pipeline updates within the CRM.
• Work in conjunction with marketing and account management teams to enhance conversion rates.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in inside sales, telesales, or a comparable revenue-generating position.
• Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong skills in persuasion, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
• Exceptional communication abilities — confident on calls and persuasive in writing.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a high level of energy and resilience.
• Capability to work independently in a remote sales setting.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business is preferred.
