This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Outbound prospecting and creating a robust sales pipeline.
• Actively seek and engage laboratories within the biopharma, CDMO, genomics, IVD, and clinical sectors.
• Conduct high-volume and high-quality cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Develop and optimize multi-touch outreach sequences to enhance response, open, and conversion rates.
• Create engaging, customized messaging tailored to different personas, applications, and market segments.
• Qualify both inbound and outbound leads via structured discovery calls.
• Gain insight into customer workflows, applications, installed equipment, and challenges.
• Determine fit, urgency, and potential value to transform leads into qualified opportunities.
• Utilize CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) to oversee the pipeline, execute outreach, and keep accurate customer and opportunity records.
• Provide timely and precise pipeline updates and forecasts for the designated territory and opportunities.
• Maintain disciplined account and time management practices to optimize productivity and responsiveness.
• Consistently generate new qualified opportunities on a weekly basis.
• Organize high-quality calls, demos, and meetings for Key Account Managers.
• Ensure a seamless transition of opportunities through clear communication regarding context, needs, and next steps.
• Collaborate with KAMs to align on target accounts and key priorities.
• Identify strategic accounts and contribute to account-based outreach initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing market research and gather business intelligence.
• Collect and disseminate customer feedback, competitive insights, and field intelligence.
• Actively support marketing campaigns (digital, events, webinars, paid ads).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role.
• 3-5 years of experience within the biopharma, biotech, or laboratory instrumentation sectors.
• Demonstrated success and experience in technical or complex sales environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with the capability to engage technical and scientific stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in additional European languages is preferred (French, German, Dutch, Spanish).
