This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• As an Inside Sales Representative for Service Champ, you will be responsible for overseeing a designated group of accounts.
• Reach out to both regular and potential customers to boost sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and generate both new and repeat business.
• Engage in Consultative Selling, providing education, training, and becoming an essential resource and partner for customers.
• Use ERP/CRM systems to summarize all relevant account activities and document all information to maintain a comprehensive customer profile.
• Take part in the annual sales and margin budgeting process, working on year-over-year customer growth and overall annual goal positioning.
• Ensure that targets are met as established and participate in monthly performance review meetings with the Sales Team Lead.
• Explore innovative methods to support customer sales through services, education, effective problem-solving, and collaboration with relevant team members as necessary.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• A high school diploma is required.
• A minimum of 4 years experience in an inside sales role, ideally within the Automotive Aftermarket or Installer sector.
• Exceptional telephone and email sales skills, including discovery techniques, active listening, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation with a consistently positive, energetic, diligent, and self-driven attitude.
• Familiarity with sales concepts, practices, and procedures is essential.
• Skilled in time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in operating a PC, with strong competencies in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Comfortable spending the majority of time on the phone, managing emails, and engaging in both outgoing and incoming calls.
• Minimal travel is anticipated, potentially once per quarter.
• Ensure that quick lube operators and service providers are consistently stocked with high-quality products.
• Positively contribute through your words and actions to a work environment that promotes pride in being a part of a successful team.
• Maintain personal productivity and quality standards to deliver excellent customer service.
