Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee the status and timeline of all customer Orders, Returns, Complaints, and Requests.

• Ensure that customer inquiries and issues are fully addressed and resolved.

• Maintain accuracy of data and requirements within SAP.

• Manage the execution, requirements, and upkeep of Customer Programs.

• Troubleshoot order-related challenges with intercompany departments.

• Provide quotations and track their progress.

• Generate and utilize analysis reports to enhance programs and improve customer communication and follow-up.

• Create Order, RMA, and Forecast status reports.

• Support Account/Sales Managers during their travel periods.

• Update information in customer portals.

• Issue open order ECOs.

• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and customers to manage quotes, track orders, and ensure programs continue to progress.

• Transform data into clear insights and deliver timely, dependable customer support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing service position.

• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-up capabilities.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively manage a high volume of work.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is preferred.

• Experience with SAP is essential.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel for reporting, data tracking, and analysis.

• Familiarity with similar optical connectivity products.

• Background in connectors, high-tech, or manufacturing sectors.

• Knowledge of order-to-cash processes and production settings.

• Experience using Power BI or comparable reporting tools.

• Availability to work standard business hours in alignment with the Eastern Time Zone.

• Must successfully pass a drug test as required by state law.

• Employment will utilize E-Verify.
