This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Perform outbound calls and email outreach to hospitals and healthcare organizations in Arabic-speaking regions.
• Identify and establish connections with hospital administrators and key decision-makers.
• Present the company's physician and clinical staffing service offerings.
• Qualify potential clients and arrange meetings for senior sales representatives.
• Keep precise records of outreach activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve established targets for calls, outreach, and meeting arrangements.
• Proficient in Arabic and possess business-level proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
• A keen interest in sales, business development, or healthcare services.
• Capable of confidently executing cold outreach and qualifying leads.
• Well-organized with strong follow-up and time management abilities.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer outreach is preferred.
• Background or coursework in business, healthcare administration, or international business is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems or hospital operations is preferred.
• Training in sales prospecting, lead qualification, and meeting generation.
• Practical experience in international healthcare sales.
• Insight into hospital operations and physician service solutions.
