This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Execute a designated number of high-quality product demonstrations each month for qualified leads provided by the ISM team.
• Conduct a specified number of meetings with prospects and clients each month.
• Maintain a demo-to-closure conversion rate of 25% or higher.
• Create and deliver customized proposals, pricing models, and commercial offers.
• Oversee end-to-end deal closures, lead commercial negotiations, and ensure timely payments.
• Manage and sustain 3–4 active international client accounts simultaneously.
• Conduct weekly review calls with international clients to monitor progress, share updates, and address concerns.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion within existing clients.
• Uphold high client satisfaction levels and proactively tackle issues to enhance relationships.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Monitor usage, adoption, and engagement metrics to guarantee consistent value delivery.
• Provide initial support for product or platform-related inquiries.
• Keep precise records of demos, interactions, follow-ups, and account activities within the CRM.
• Identify, assess, and onboard new resellers or channel partners in targeted regions.
• Conduct onboarding, product readiness, and training sessions to ensure activation.
• Provide access to pricing information, sales collateral, training materials, and operational guidelines.
• Monitor reseller performance, engagement levels, and monthly revenue contributions.
• Act as the primary contact for reseller-related issues, escalations, and contract coordination.
• Foster long-term reseller partnerships to broaden market reach and revenue opportunities.
• Meet and surpass the minimum monthly revenue target per client each month.
• Ensure timely invoicing, follow-ups on collections, and closure of renewals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of B2B sales or account management experience, ideally within the Education, EdTech, or K12 sector.
• Proven success in conducting demos and converting institutional leads.
• Strong knowledge of school decision-makers, coaching centers, and international curricula.
• Previous experience managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.
• Proficient in Zoho CRM, MS Office, Google Workspace, and standard sales tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Capable of working independently in a dynamic startup environment.
• At least 2–3 years of remote work experience preferred.
