Inside Sales Consultant – Aesthetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified, company-generated leads without any cold calling.

• Facilitate virtual consultations through phone or video, creating tailored treatment plans.

• Inform clients about LaserAway's offerings, including laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more.

• Discuss financing options and successfully close sales.

• Work in collaboration with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth client transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in consultative or commission-driven sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail).

• Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and achieving weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Self-driven with the ability to manage your own pipeline and enjoy the flexibility of remote work.

• Enthusiastic about aesthetics, wellness, or the beauty industry.

• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs.
