This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and margin objectives.
• Foster strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and in-depth product expertise.
• Cultivate connections with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and implement account strategies to expand and retain the customer base alongside a Field Sales Executive or Business Development Manager.
• Organize outbound calls to clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Engage in active inbound selling.
• Prepare precise and timely quotations for customers.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of deals.
• Oversee backorder expectations and reporting for clients.
• Maintain and input accurate data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Provide, sell, and negotiate product details, pricing, special offers, and promotions.
• Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers are met satisfactorily.
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including daily talk time, outbound calls, renewal rates, and switch rates.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT systems related to quotations, order entry, and customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with relevant products is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A solid understanding of sales processes is required.
• Ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
• Results-driven mindset.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Proven track record of relationship building.
• Comfortable working with numerical data.
• Attention to detail is essential.
